  　　　RK-11-1(high-activity first section conversion catalyst)
  RK-11-1 is sintered natural gas reforming catalyst which use nickel as the active ingredient and aluminum oxide with special additives as the carrier. It is mainly used for Production of synthetic ammonia, methanol, and hydrogen in the first section conversion device, which use methane and gaseous hydrocarbon as raw materials.
  
  　　　Appearance of color and shape; it is gray cylinder with six holes and cambered surface double-end.
  　　　Geometric dimensioning (OD × height × diameter) has Short-grain; Ф16×8×3.5 (used for conversion tubes upside); long-grain; Ф16×16×3.5 (used for conversion tubes downside). Size can be made according to customer requirements.
  　　　Working pressure; ordinary pressure~5.0MPa
  　　　Operating temperature; 450～800℃
  　　　Water/carbon ratio: ≥2.5
  　　　Space velocity ：600～2000h-1。
  　　　Bulk density：0.8～1.2 kg/L。
  　　　Side crushing strength：≥400 N/piece（long grain）；≥200 N/piece（short grain）
  　　　Chemical components（%）： NiO ≥14.00 ； SiO2≤ 0.20 ；
  Loss on ignition（%）：≤5
