Performance: It is white or grey white powder; relative density is 1.29; melting point is 155-156℃; it is soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform and carbon disulfide; lightly soluble in alcohol, ether and carbon tetrachloride; insoluble in water, gasoline. It has irritation effect on respiratory tract and skin.
  3.Uses: TMTD is used as single accelerant in most sulphurized elastomer. It has fine heat resistant, anti-aging and compressive deformation resisting performance. It is mainly used for the preparation of tire, inner tube, rubber overshoes and wires. In agriculture, it is used as bactericide and pesticide.
