Mainly used as a curing agent for epoxy resin, with a reference dosage of 22-24 parts by mass. The typical curing conditions are 2-4 hours at 80 ℃ or 1 hour at 150 ℃. The resulting cured product has a high thermal deformation temperature (148-158 ℃). This compound is prone to absorbing carbon dioxide from the air and may release carbon dioxide during the heating and curing process, leading to the formation of bubbles in the cured resin. Therefore, it is important to store it in a moisture-proof manner. In addition, it can be used as an organic synthesis intermediate, such as in the pharmaceutical field for the synthesis of compounds such as salt acid amantadine.
